Job Summary:
The Product Data Management Data Entry Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate product data in SAP, managing documentation, and communicating with engineering teams. This is an hourly-office non-exempt position with no travel required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Accurate product data in SAP
- Correspond with engineers to obtain any missing data or documentation
- Draft and proofread correspondence, memos, and other documents
- Manage and maintain the documentation of product data
- Export and format data as requested
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Creating and maintaining standards for Product Data
- Communicate with engineering teams on data corrections or adjustments
Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience working in a data entry using a Personal Computer
- Proficiency with basic computer programs including Excel, Microsoft word, and SAP
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

The pay scale for newly hired employees in this position at this location in California is $17.90 - $25.70. This is based on meeting all of the requirements of the role.
