Job Description:
We’re looking for an HR Operations Associate to play a critical role in our growth by providing tactical HR support across Phreesia. As an HR Operations Associate, you will strengthen your HR foundation as respond to day-to-day HR questions along with HR projects. If you are looking to build a strong foundation in HR and build your hands-on experiences across HR functions, this role is for you!
This is a remote position for those in the EST or CST time zones.
What You’ll Do:

Field questions from employees and resolve or escalate day-to-day HR issues related to systems, benefits, payroll, and administrative functions- Facilitate our onboarding & offboarding process both inside Workday as well as coordination other related tasks
- Support operations within functional HR areas including Total Rewards, Recruiting, L&D, and HRBP
- Assess existing processes, procedures and policies within HR and provide recommendations and execute on improvements
- Disperse communication to the HR team and partner with payroll and other HR teammates on the semi-monthly payroll audit cycle
- Assist in regular compliance and audit checks related to the payroll process
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of HR experience in a fast growth organization
- Proven success in being highly responsive and effective while balancing competing priorities exhibiting sound judgement to maintain confidentiality
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively execute on HR related projects and programs
- Strong organizational skills with incredibly high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with enterprise-wide HR systems like Workday
Base pay for the U.S. is $55K - $60K USD, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part of an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package.
