Career Opportunity: Video Member Service Representative

As our (Video Teller) we call them Video Member Service Representative at WCU, you will be responsible for enhancing the member experience by serving members in a professional, courteous and efficient manner through prompt handling of teller transactions via the ITM video conferencing system.
Every day we’ll rely on you to complete member transactions with accuracy and efficiency utilizing video teller software, resolve member complaints, authorize overrides, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
To thrive in this role, you must have prior banking experience and must be passionate and focused on providing exceptional customer service interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
